There were large boats lined up in the water waiting to depart. Each boat was white with a green bottom. There was some sort of electrical storm that forced each boat to dock/be there in line waiting. Most of the ships had children and two parents or teachers on them. One child was scared and took 7 cupcakes and I was taken with telling the parent he could only have one. In another boat some rescue workers were there to get two people who were overheating out. They were dressed in head to toe green and looked like corn on the cob before it was shucked.
